MOROCCAN MOODS — BOOKING CONDITIONS
Below are the terms and conditions applicable to all bookings with Moroccan Moods. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. PAYMENT
A 50% deposit of the total trip price is required to confirm your booking.

Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit is received.

Without the deposit, we reserve the right to release your spot.

The remaining 50% must be paid on arrival, in cash: EUR or MAD
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your booking:

  • More than 2 months before arrival
→ full deposit refund minus €30 per guest (admin fee)

  • More than 1 month before arrival
→ 50% of the deposit is refunded

  • Less than 1 month before arrival
→ deposit is non-refundable

  • Cancellation on arrival or during the trip
→ 80% of the cost of unused days must still be paid

No exceptions apply, including:
  • visa rejection
  • flight issues
  • illness or injury
  • personal circumstances
3. BOOKING CHANGES
Changes are allowed up to 6 weeks before arrival

Only one change per booking
4. PROGRAM & ITINERARY
Moroccan Moods trips involve multiple destinations and logistics.

The program may vary due to:
  1. weather
  2. road conditions
  3. local or operational constraints

We reserve the right to:
  1. change itinerary order
  2. replace activities
  3. adjust timings
5. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation may be changed if necessary

Any replacement will be of a similar standard
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Parts of the trip are operated by third parties:
  • hotels
  • transport providers
  • activity operators
  • guides

Moroccan Moods:
  • acts as an organizer

is not responsible for:
  • delays
  • service changes
  • incidents occurring during third-party services
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participation in the trip is at your own risk

Moroccan Moods is not liable for:
  • injury, illness
  • loss or damage of personal belongings
  • delays or disruptions beyond our control

Guests are responsible for:
  • assessing their physical ability
  • complying with local laws and instructions
8. HEALTH & MISSED SERVICES
No refunds or compensation for:
  • missed activities
  • unused services
  • due to personal reasons (including illness)

We can provide documents for insurance claims

9. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Mandatory for all guests


Must cover:
  • medical expenses
  • travel disruptions
  • all planned activities

Moroccan Moods is not responsible for uninsured risks.
10. PARTIAL PARTICIPATION
No refunds for:
  • late arrival
  • early departure
  • missed parts of the itinerary
11. LATE ARRIVAL / NO-SHOW
If you miss the start of the trip:
  • you may join later at your own expense, or
  • we may assist with arrangements at additional cost

No refunds or rescheduling will be provided
12. MINIMUM GROUP SIZE
All trips require a minimum number of participants

If the minimum is not reached, Moroccan Moods reserves the right to:
  • offer an alternative trip, or
  • cancel the trip with a full refund of payments made
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Moroccan Moods is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including:
  • natural disasters
  • extreme weather
  • strikes
  • political instability
  • pandemics
  • transport disruptions

In such cases:
  • no compensation is due
  • reasonable adjustments will be made where possible
14. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data is used only for booking and operational purposes

We do not share data with third parties
